Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Maintenance Associate. This hybrid role combines guest-facing front desk responsibilities with hands-on maintenance and general building oversight. You will be the first point of contact for guests and residents, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs while also attending to maintenance requests and overseeing daily operations of the serviced apartment building.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Guest Services:
- Greet and welcome guests, tenants, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and booking inquiries via phone, email, or booking systems.
- Provide information about the building facilities, services, and nearby amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies with appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area.
Maintenance & Building Operations:
- Conduct routine inspections of apartments, common areas, and building systems.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC filters, etc.).
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and scheduled maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment (light bulbs, tools, toiletries, etc.).
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and report any hazards or safety issues.
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs, including key handovers and walkthroughs.
Administrative & Operational Duties:
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and guest interactions.
- Prepare and submit reports on occupancy, maintenance issues, and building conditions.
- Process payments, security deposits, and petty cash as needed.
- Assist in enforcing building rules and policies.
- Oversee cleaning staff or contractors to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in front desk, hospitality, or building maintenance roles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and hand tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using booking and property management systems is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs and perform manual labor as needed.
