Job Description
- Monitor the operations of Mechanical, HVAC, Firefighting, and plumbing.
- Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met daily for all Design Mechanical engineers.
- Responsible for creating and developing firefighting and plumbing designs and shop drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Coordinating with other disciplines works and producing composite layouts after solving the different clashes aiming to produce zero-clash models.
- Perform hydraulic calculations as per the relevant codes and building requirements.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as Head of Plumbing Department
- Proficient user of hydraulic calculation software, such as Elite Fire, Elite S-Pipe, and WaterCAD.
- Skilled in engineering drafting.
- Has suitable background knowledge of the relevant plumbing and firefighting engineering concepts and codes.
