Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer to lead our small development team. The successful candidate will focus on designing, developing, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions internally for our company, specifically targeting the insurance and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a small team of developers.
Customize and develop Odoo modules and features.
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications.
Conduct unit testing, system testing, and integration testing.
Prepare technical documentation and provide user training.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience: Minimum [3] years of experience in Odoo development, including leadership roles.
Expertise in Python and Odoo framework.
Proficient in PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and QWeb.
Experience in frontend development using OWL (Odoo Web Library).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
