Performing daily sales visits in accordance with the company’s sales policy, while making daily
itineraries in coordination with the sales manager.
Applying the company’s financial and sales policy regarding discount and collection rates.
Creating a complete record of all current and targeted customers in the designated areas.
Presenting the company’s products to targeted customers and working to provide the appropriate product in cooperation with the company’s various departments.
Working on horizontal customer development as well as vertical customer development.
Follow up on the movement and activity of direct competitors, as well as follow up on customers’ marketing and sales policy.
Working to develop good and distinguished relationships with customers and maintain the company’s good reputation by providing the best service and follow-up to the customer.
Preparing sales reports for the sector sales manager, which includes the number of visits, sales, collections, the extent of spread, observations about each region, the activity of competitors, and the launch of new products by them.
Concluding agreements and contracts with customers, in cooperation with the sales manager, and following up on implementation to achieve the maximum benefit for the customer and the company within the framework of a positive partnership and achieving mutual benefit.
Ensure the implementation of the company’s policies regarding customer service and achieve customer satisfaction with the company and the product provided to him.
Good follow-up of customers’ inventory levels and support management with data on customers’ and competitors’ inventory in the markets.
Working to support all new products launched by the company and following up on market movement.
Conducting approvals with clients and the financial department on a periodic basis.
Solve any administrative problems in cooperation with the direct manager and supporting departments
Studying any customer suggestions, observations, or complaints and analyzing them in cooperation with the supporting departments with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction with the performance regarding them.
