Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the Case Study Writing Center. This is achieved through a variety of tasks related to communication and organization, ensuring that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

  • Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with university stakeholders.
  • Assists in organizing and attending Case Study research-related events and conferences to market the department's programs.
  • Provides administrative support specifically tailored to the Case Study Writing Center's needs.
  • Assists with the preparation of Case study documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develops and maintains an organized archiving system for the office files including confidential documents.
  • Manages appointments and schedules for the Case Study Center Manager's staff.
  • Maintains and updates databases related to Case Study ongoing activities and projects.
  • Ensures accurate and organized records of Case Study writing documentation.
  • Assists in the preparation and submission of case study proposals.
  • Manages all office administrative work, types and photocopies all required documents
  • Handles all correspondence, receives, classifies and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Answers all phone calls, attends to all inquiries or directs them to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Records, compiles and distributes the minutes of meetings.
  • Performs any additional tasks requested by Case Study Writing Center Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Experience:
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar administrative position
  • Previous experience in an educational institution is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Good Leadership Skills.
  • Excellent communication Skills.
  • Excellent Planning & Organizational skills.
  • The ability to work with people from a range of backgrounds and with a wide range of needs.
  • Very Good Problem-Solving Skills 
  • Excellent level of English Language.
  • Very Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…)
  • Working Conditions
  • Five Days a week
