Job Description

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors to achieve optimal value.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to track and manage stock levels effectively.
  • Analyze inventory trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts.
  • Monitor contract performance to ensure suppliers meet their obligations.
  • Address any discrepancies or disputes with vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
  • Prepare reports on purchasing metrics, including cost analysis, delivery times, and vendor performance.
  • Use data to recommend improvements in the procurement process.
