Job Description
- Coordination between different production departments.
- Supervising the development of work plans and general strategies for production and maintenance.
- Planning production to accommodate changes in plans resulting from changes in sales orders
- Reviewing the reports of the Head of the Quality Department to ensure the extent of compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure that production safety rules are implemented
- Supervising the division of work between supervisors involved in production and technical control.
- Organizing the workflow between material requirements and production.
- Directing and leading the technical aspects of production and manufacturing processes.
- Supervising the estimation of the number of workers and technicians contributing to the production of each order to plan the weekly workflow.
- Ensure that products are delivered at the scheduled times.
- Reviewing product manufacturing prioritization reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Inspect and monitor work areas and test machines and tools to detect unsafe working conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.
- Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solutions and solve problems.
- Supervising the development of annual, monthly, weekly, and even daily maintenance plans and procedures.
- Motivating workers and guiding them while performing the work, while identifying the best workers in each field.
- Leading and directing subordinates, including setting and monitoring performance levels.
- Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and worker schedules to determine personnel requirements, required materials, and prioritize material needs.
- Estimating and forecasting the size of production capacity in the future and plans for replacing and replacing machines.
Job Requirements
- MBA certificate is required
- Proven work experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ,ERP and project management software
- Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English language
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Relevant training and/or certifications as an Assistant Project Manager
