Job Description
- Conduct thorough quality checks on incoming raw materials, ensuring they meet our strict standards.
- Perform quality control tests, including physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and test results, adhering to regulatory and company guidelines.
- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
- Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
- Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
- Investigate and troubleshoot any quality issues that arise, proposing solutions and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and sourcing teams to ensure continuous improvement in quality control processes.
- Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products.
- Review, revise, and maintain crucial quality and compliance documents with precision.
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits, demonstrating our commitment to compliance and best practices.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices for herbal product quality control.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, ideally within the FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
