Job Description
- To be fully responsible for all reservation process for all SAMO Operators and dealing with any irregularities could attempt with any Hotel.
• To give answers to enquiries by external Tour operators and advising them accordingly regarding bookings and reservations in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner.
• To assist whoever, encounter problems in obtaining booking or operating self-service equipment.
• To follow up stop sales situations.
• To be responsible for keeping accurate records of all paper transactions. (reservation, confirmations, RVA, etc.)
• To arrange Hotels’ inspection on regular basis.
• To update the system to facilitate the data entry, control the allotment, release, stop sales and provide all necessary reports.
• To fully support the Reservation Manager in achieving the required target.
• To assist the reservation Manager and support him/her with figures and data to increase the sales.
• To support the reservation Manager with the Sales situation and the materialization of each agent, and the allotment availability.
• To support the Contracting Manager to get the last minute rates, and decrease release period to zero, and increase allotments.
• To maintain the team work spirit within the operation Department.
Job Requirements
Must be organized and self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills
Minimum three years’ experience in the travel industry.
