Managing Clubliko Operation play rooms & activities.
Manage the Team (Full Time / Freelancers); Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Receive complaints and resolve problems
Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
Train new employees
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
Managing all events and activities Birthdays / Field Trips / outside events / camps and General Admission.
create play opportunities (interesting, enjoyable and stimulating for children)
personally involved in arranging and keeping the play are suitable for kids use
personally present on the play facility during operation, Provide constant supervisor of children and team in the play facility at all time
helping all the team during operation
uphold healthy and safety policies and guidelines in working with children
Communicate effectively with children of various ages and stages of development
Promote a positive model of behavior to children and team
respond to conflict positively.

Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
can handle & supervise a team
Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
High school diploma; BSc/BA in management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
creative and passionate
flexible to work on shift bases and weekend is a must
