About the Job

We are looking for a well-spoken Admin Assistant/Telesales Representative to perform administrative duties with business responsibilities, and responsible for contacting potential customers, and documenting customer information, purchases, and feedback.

She must have excellent communication skills as well as sales and good experience in digital marketing. She must be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.

 Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell BeConnected Software applications and services.
  • Receive leads, communicate with them, and convert the leads to sales.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service or for renewing and upgrading using scripts.
  • Answer questions about products and services.
  • Handle digital marketing profiles and provide insights and results to clients.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Follow up instalment/renewal amounts
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have
  • Keep an updated customer database
  • Build strong relationships with customers to Assist the Sales B2b and find a new channel for sales.       
  • Handle complaints to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Schedule of appointments.
  • Assist in researching and compiling data and compose routine correspondence, reports and presentations for review and final revision by the manager.
  • Maintain all files, confidential records.
  • Responsible for taking and distributing internal meeting minutes.
  • Provide relevant data, information, and back-up support materials to assist the manager with day to day operations, as requested.
  • Ensure that communications are promptly and accurately dispatched.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and preparation of major business meetings, luncheons, and dinners involving both internal and external clients, departments and companies as required.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent in English Language.
  • At least 3 year admin work and sales experience
  • Females Only
  • Computer Proficiency including Excel, Word, Internet, Research, Analysis, Data Entry, Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
