Job Description
Qualification
- Holding minimum undergraduate degree on Civil Engineering,
- Having minimum 5 years of professional working experience,
Duties and Responsibilities
- Researching to find key suppliers of materials and equipment required by each individual project as per BOQ,
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers on behalf of company,
- Maintaining strong relations with suppliers,
- Liaising with Project Teams to identify project requirements,
- Evaluating suppliers according to key performance indicators,
- Providing prices for all materials included in project plans, drawings and BOQ's,
- Identifying potential suppliers and new products,
- Contacting a range of suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain quotations by RFQ's,
- Creating comparison tables of responses to RFQ's,
- Agreeing delivery times, keeping detailed records and maintaining well-organized work schedules,
- Handling all of the requests coming from clients and suppliers,
- Preparing technical and commercial tender proposals,
- Negotiating purchase terms and conditions and issuing Purchase Orders and Agreements,
- Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items,
- Resolving issues, concerns and conflicts,
- Analyzing industry and demand trends,
- Supporting Senior Management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies,
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience at relevant position,
- English proficiency on listening, speaking and writing B2 Level minimum is a Must,
- Advanced level on Microsoft Office applications especially on Microsoft Excel is a Must,
- Saudi Nationals ONLY,
- Khobar located or ready to relocate,
