Job Description

A Courses Organiser typically handles the planning, coordination, and administration of educational programs and courses.

  • Oversee and meticulously plan all course schedules, including classes and workshops.
  • Coordinate with instructors and translators to confirm availability and ensure seamless scheduling.
  • Address participant inquiries, manage registrations and cancellations promptly and professionally.
  • Handle course enrollment, maintain accurate attendance records, and collect participant feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively promote courses via digital platforms, newsletters, and social media.
  • Keep clients informed about issues or changes, and communicate course details, updates, and changes to participants and instructors.
  •  Gather and analyze feedback from participants and instructors to continuously enhance course content and delivery.
  • Prepare and present detailed post-course reports to management, highlighting attendance, success rates, and areas for improvement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  •  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
  • Excellent in both spoken and written in English/ Arabic.
  • Excellent in French writing and speaking.
  • Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques..
  • Good quality HD camera to ensure quality of visual meetings.
  • Good quality microphone and headphone, to ensure quality of audio conversations.
  • A private, well-furnished office room with proper lighting and background
