Job Description
- Revenue Strategy and Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with Start Tech’s mission and business goals. Identify new revenue streams, growth opportunities, and innovative business models that can drive the company’s financial performance.
- Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs to ensure revenue growth and market expansion. Develop and execute sales strategies that are aligned with market trends and customer needs. Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, results, and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure that Start Tech’s solutions meet client needs and deliver exceptional value. Leverage customer insights to refine product offerings and drive customer retention and loyalty.
- Marketing and Brand Strategy: Oversee the marketing team to ensure the company’s brand, messaging, and market positioning support revenue goals. Develop integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads, drive sales, and enhance brand awareness. Align marketing efforts with sales strategies to maximize impact.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to track revenue performance, market trends, and customer behavior. Implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes, improve customer acquisition, and increase lifetime value. Regularly report on key revenue metrics to the executive team.
- Product and Service Alignment: Collaborate with product development and technical teams to ensure that Start Tech’s offerings are aligned with market demands and revenue goals. Provide feedback on product features, pricing, and positioning based on customer and market insights.
- Revenue Operations: Oversee the revenue operations function, ensuring that sales processes, tools, and systems are efficient and scalable. Optimize the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting processes to support revenue growth and transparency.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Work closely with the CFO to develop revenue forecasts, budgets, and financial plans. Ensure that revenue targets are aligned with overall business objectives and that resources are allocated effectively to support growth.
- Team Development and Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing revenue team, including sales, marketing, and customer success. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth and development.
- Competitive Analysis and Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments. Use insights to inform revenue strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market approaches. Ensure Start Tech remains competitive and responsive to market changes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Start Tech in meetings with investors, partners, and other key stakeholders. Provide regular updates on revenue performance, market opportunities, and growth strategies to the executive team and board of directors.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a CRO, Head of Sales, Business Development or in a similar senior revenue leadership role within a fast-paced, innovative startup Digital Agency or tech company. (A MUST HAVE)
- Extensive experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Strong expertise in customer relationship management, marketing strategy, and go-to-market planning.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions that drive revenue.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative revenue strategies that align with business goals.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to support revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the GCC and Europe markets.
