Job Description

  1. Visit the Premises on a quarterly basis to ensure that they have the proper Premises display according to corporate identity (CI).
  2. Recommend new innovative ideas to improve the showroom product displays and arrange products in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement according to the corporate display standards; to increase traffic and sales of the Premises.
  3. Contribute to the yearly and 3-year objectives for the Premises in coordination with the Marketing Manager and the E-marketing team to address revenue, expenses, and growth.
  4. Organize showroom events and VIP customer experiences on a quarterly basis; in coordination with the E-marketing team to increase engagement with customers. 
  5. Contribute to advertising campaigns and sales promotions; in coordination with the E-marketing and Product Management teams.
  6. Oversee and approve the mockup designs for customers for their selection, in coordination with the Senior Designer.     
  7. Support in the implementation of the “Virtual Showrooms” in coordination with the Marketing Manager, Purchasing Manager and the E-Marketing team.
  8. Conduct market research in coordination with the showroom managers to perform trend research, provide analysis of sales records, determine market potential, and identify consumer needs.
  9. Oversee the Premises maintenance requirements such as (electricity, lightning, sound systems, ACs, security cameras, electrical boards, and paints, etc.) in coordination with the Facility Manager and the Senior Designer.
  10. Support customers with any technical issues and the know-how of the product.
  11. Prepare BOQ (Bill of quantities) in coordination with the purchasing department to define the quality and quantity of work required in any project.
  12. Draft reports to address sales revenue, subordinates’ KPI’s and incentives - on a quarterly basis and review subordinates’ reports. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Architecture (Interior Design) or Bachelor of Engineering or relevant studies is required Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experiences.
