Job Description
- Advise and represent company in courts, governmental offices, and in private legal matters
- Conduct research and analysis of legal problems
- Present facts in writing and verbally, and argue on behalf of company
- Prepare and file legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, wills, contracts, and deeds
- Prepare contracts & communicate details with international companies.
- Sharing in legal advice with Legal manager.
- Follow up issues related to the company.
- Draft contracts and audit contracts concluded.
- Follow up and investigate the complaint, conduct the necessary investigations and determine the punishment in accordance with the Labor Law.
- Protection of intellectual property, trademarks and products of the company.
- Ensure that the company and the company comply with the relevant regulations.
- Preparation of local legal studies, especially institutions, evaluation of contracts and opinions, and conduct correspondence and meetings with government offices.
- Providing advisory services to the company's units in legal matters including criminal law,
- Follow the local legal legislation and inform the relevant units of the company,
- Conduct risk assessment activities for local legal compliance risk to ensure that the company's procedures comply with the strategic, financial and operational objectives with the legal regulations.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in law
- Excellent command of MS office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to develop & amend various contract types
- Excellent Command of English
- Exposure to Court Processes & Successful track of records.
- 2 years of experience as a lawyer.
