Job Description
Tika is a new dry mortars manufacturer that has been in production for less than one year. At the moment its portfolio consists of 9 products under 2 different brands, all ceramic tile adhesives, current production is sitting around 35,000 sacks per month.
We are looking for someone to lead the company's transition into a full fledged dry mortars manufacturer and expand its product portfolio to include additional ceramic adhesives, grouts, mortars, renders, etc. relying on the support of our technical partners and suppliers, in addition to market intel and insights.
The CEO will work directly with the Chairman, in addition to all company departments to ensure pre-agreed objectives and key results are achieved.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial position in a dry mortars manufacturer
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field (Optional)
