Job Description
- Process and fulfill all incoming orders: packing, packaging, and updating them in the shipping system.
- Manage inventory levels, stock quantities, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular store visits to brand locations, assess stock needs, and replenish supplies.
- Track in-store inventory and sales data.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
- Receive and process incoming warehouse stock, including picking, unloading, labeling, and storing products.
- Perform inventory control tasks and maintain high quality standards for audits.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment and optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Complete daily inventory logs and report any discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with supervisors and colleagues.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment (preventive maintenance only).
- Follow established quality service standards and comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse Keeper
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
