Job Description
- Supervise all the transactions (CRM, Calls, Follow up, site visits, Leads ).
- Support sales agents to achieve their targets.
- Responsible for selling real estate units.
- Generating new sales leads.
- Leading sales agents in achieving their monthly targets.
- Following up on sales team results.
- Negotiating contracts with clients and developers.
- Support the sales team to close their deals.
- Make daily, weekly reports.
- Close all deals.
Job Requirements
- Graduated with a university degree
- Previous experience as a real estate agent at a brokerage company (4 years : 6 years)
- Must experience(new capital - sokhna- new Cairo)
- Preferably own a car
- Nearby places(preferred).
