Job Description
- Create and update schedules.
- Conduct placement tests.
- Support in curriculum development.
- Train newly hired instructors to enhance their performance.
- Monitor instructors during class visits.
- Follow up on different instructors’ responsibilities.
- Make monthly appraisals and deliver evaluation reports for each instructor.
- Provide covering plans in case of vacations and absence.
- Handle clients’ technical complaints.
- Cover classes when needed.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Help instructors with curriculum preparation and provide them with new ideas.
- Counsel technical surveys’ analysis and deliver feedback.
Job Requirements
- A certificate in teaching (CELTA, TEFL) is preferred
- Experience as an English Instructor: Not less than 2 years
- Previous experience (Supervisor) in any reputable training center is a must. (not less than 1 year)
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organization skills
- Flexibility and commitment are required
