Job Description

  • Organize and manage the CEO daily schedules, calendar and updated contacts to ensure efficient time management.
  • Organize the travelling activities regarding the line ticketing, hotel reservation, visa renewal and of passport validation to ensure proper business travel.
  • Follow up, review and renew the CEO’s memberships at different associations like; American Chamber of commerce, Sadat Investors Association, Egyptian industries federation, Export council and subscriptions at newsletter and magazines to ensure their validation.
  • Manage the renewal procedures of the CEO‘s Ids and licences regarding the car licence, credit card, insurance resets to ensure their validation.
  • Manage logistical arrangements for Sphinx internal and external parties (travelling employees, CEO visitors, Consultants and Board members) to support the business operation.
  • Negotiate the corporate agreements with the travel agencies and hotels to ensure high quality service with reasonable prices. 
  • Prepare a monthly report on the export subsidies activities. This report to be shared with the CEO, the Finance Manager and the Commercial Manager. 
  • Support the export subsidies operations responsible in her/his communication with external parties. 

Job Requirements

  • B.SC Degree
  • 5-7 years’ experience in the same position.
  • Excellent command of English
  • MS Office
  • Reporting skills, strong follow-up, active, Customer Focused with Excellent Communication skills
