JD:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented General Accountant with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various aspects of accounting, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Taxation, and General Ledger (GL) functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable (AP):
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Timely and accurate recording of financial transactions related to vendor payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies as needed.
2. Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Manage customer invoices and collections to ensure timely payment.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and address any outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer billing inquiries.
3. Taxation:
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in tax planning and forecasting activities.
4. General Ledger (GL):
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare Bank reconciliations.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in accounting software preferred Odoo and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of AP, AR, tax, and general ledger principles.
- Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- External audit experience is preferred.
