Job Description
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly,and year-end close Reports.
- Appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Prepare income tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Assist financial manager in the day to day job.
- Bank reconciliation and bank visits
- Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Audit processes and standard operating procedures keeping records accurate and aligned with the company’s standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting English department preferred
- 0-1 year of Experience in accounting field
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software, must know the basics of power point, excel and world.
- English level: Very Good.
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Highly attention to details
- Strong mathematical skills required
- Demonstrate critical thinking to identify potential solutions or new approaches for current operating procedures
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate information in a straightforward manner and resolve conflicts, but with an attitude of exceptional customer service.
