Job Description
- Manage with direct responsibility the operation of solid manufacturing and packaging area
- Coordinates in planning and organizing the manufacturing process of the company.
- Implements Operational manuals, production plans, and programs.
- Ensures conformance of manufacturing processes with organizational objectives and policies
- Checks the availability of adequate raw and packing materials, utilities, and machine size parts
- Fulfills the monthly and weekly production plans.
- Monitors drug manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements of GMP.
- Ensures that all standard yields are maintained by production lines.
- Controls production process and production facilities.
- Responsible for materials issued from the warehouse for manufacturing.
- Responsible for planning of work according to the weekly program.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, where at least 3 years in similar position
- Strong Solid manufacturing background is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Actively seek to improve processes, controls and expand effectiveness and efficiency
- Self-motivated with Good prioritization and organization skills
- Excellent Computer skills
- Excellent command of English – both written and spoken
