Job Description
Objective:
- Executing the daily manufacturing plan for products, supervising and following up the manufacturing of products according to the method of manufacturing each product, while adhering to the approved standard specifications and the rules of good manufacturing “GMP” with high quality while reducing industrial waste.
Responsibilities
- Receiving the "Batch Record" from the Control Department.
- Follow up on the disbursement of raw materials to be manufactured and recorded in the "Batch Record" from the Weighing Section before starting manufacturing.
- Receipt of a conformity certificate for distilled water analysis from the Control Department before starting the production process via e-mail.
- Ensure that the manufacturing sites are cleared of any belongings related to previous operations in accordance with the "GMP-Line clearance" instructions.
- Follow-up on the cleanliness of the manufacturing halls to reach the highest quality by directing the cleaner to the places to be cleaned (machines - floors - walls - ceilings - tables - production supplies).
- Receiving and reviewing the batch (raw materials) in terms of their conformity to weight, physical shape ,expiry date - and QC No.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Agriculture or Science
Years of experience: Experience of not less than one year in the same field
Computer skills: Microsoft Office proficiency in using programs
Language skills: V.G in the English language
