Job Description
- Sending pre-shipment samples to the customers
- Receiving and Handling Customer Orders
- Creating a Positive Customer Service Experience
- Issuing Invoices to Customers
- Responding to Customer Inquiries and Resolving any Issues
- Handling Returns
- Build Trust and Goodwill With Clients
- Record, manage & file shipments.
- Verification of all invoices
Job Requirements
- 1- 2 years of experience in the shipping industry preferably.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Very Good level of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preferably resident at Giza or October
