Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse, including inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring that operations run efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee stock control processes.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate reporting.
Staff Management:
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Logistics Coordination:
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transportation companies to ensure timely deliveries.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety training and maintain a safe working environment.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and staff performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
