Job Description
- Handling Purchase Orders, Payment Requests and other similar documents
- Coordinate with finance department regarding external grant reports
- Prepare and manage correspondences, reports and document control
- Controlling and approving the grant's operation expenses documents and aligning with the approved budgets.
- Monitor budget over or under run of budget estimate vs actual daily.
- Maintain and update projects' budget control system
- Prepare and issue official letters.
- Communication between internal departments and external organizations.
- Assist in handling any administration inquires and tasks.
Job Requirements
- 1 -3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience as budget controller is preferable
- Experience in book keeping
- Experienced in administration tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
