Job Description

Finance Manager is needed for a premium Real Estate Developers in Saudi Arabia for Egypt branch.

One of the pioneers in the field of real estate and construction development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Over the past two decades, It has had a track record of achievements as it developed, sold and delivered to buyers more than thousands of property units. 

 

To meet the clients’ needs and their lifestyle, It has been developing integrated urban communities with different units in terms of style and sizes. Therefore, it has a very high commitment to the international standards of quality and work. Side by side, We work  with specialized companies and their experienced teams in the field of construction, fields of property development and construction

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and financial statements. Monitor and analyze financial performance.
  • Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives. Provide guidance and recommendations to the executive team on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. Implement effective internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain the integrity of financial data.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow planning and management, including monitoring cash balances, optimizing cash flow, and managing working capital. Develop strategies to minimize financial risks related to liquidity and currency exposure.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Present financial results to the executive team, board of directors, and external stakeholders as required.
  • Financial Operations: Supervise and manage the finance team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, adherence to accounting principles, and proper maintenance of financial records.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders. Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial guidance and support for business initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
  • Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Set performance objectives, provide feedback and coaching, and promote professional development opportunities.
  • The Finance Manager will work closely with all the departments across the company to provide financial forecasting analysis that is accurate and easy to understand.
  • Support the Finance Director and Head of Finance by generating accurate FCF reporting and projections.
  • Integrate P&L and Business Solution analysis (BS) to generate accurate reporting for the Group.
  • Provide general business forecasting for new initiatives that affect the cash flow statement.
  • Ensure investment allocation, CAPEX and working capital are in line with expectations and reconcile month end variance analysis.
  • Analyze revenue movements between the different types of customers and geographies to understand growth drivers across the group.
  • Revenue KPIs are accurately embedded in the forecast and planning cycle.
  • Ensure that actionable insights are embedded in the financial planning process and reflected in the strategic plans.
  • The Finance and Executive teams have regular visibility of performance against these key levers and can take timely actions to rectify underperformance.
  • Synthesize data from databases and collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Accounting, and Business Intelligence to understand relationships between key drivers of our business.
  • Provide guidance to business stakeholders on what data to capture, how to map data needs to business questions.
  • Assist the management Intelligence in producing and distributing performance forecasting information across all products and services.
  • Producing models to project long term growth.
  • Analyzing competitors.
  • Utilizing BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance.
  • Analyzing financial & operational results to develop & demonstrate a strong understanding of business performance.

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience e.g. strategy consulting or corporate finance.
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree and an approved professional qualification (e.g., ACCA / CPA / CFA / CMA) or Master of Business Administration.
  • Big 4 / consultancy experience is highly advantageous & Experience in Real Estate.
  • Successful track record of leading project teams to deliver mid to large scale engagements in a high-pressured environment.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability and willingness to travel inside and outside on a frequent basis with tight deadlines and demanding client requests.
  • Knowledge of the GCC and Middle East markets is essential. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to present clearly in presentations or pitches including senior level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capability, with good commercial acumen, business sense and financial knowledge.
  • Track record of building trusted and lasting relationship with C-suite executives and a strong acumen to bring and commercialize innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Demonstrate performance drive, strategic direction, and inspirational leadership abilities to maximize team delivery and sense of followership.
  • A natural inclination and determination to develop at a professional and personal level and mentor colleagues in doing so.
  • High professionalism and a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines in high pace and dynamic environment.
  • V.good English, written and spoken, is essential, Arabic is desired, any other languages will be a boost.
