Job Description:

• Researching new technologies and trends in switchgear, focusing on automation and programming applications.
• Developing innovative ideas for improving switchgear functionality and cost-effectiveness, often incorporating programming solutions.
• Analyzing the feasibility of these ideas and their impact on production and performance.
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to implement these ideas, including writing code and integrating new software.
• Documenting findings and recommendations and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions for further improvement opportunities.
