Job Description
- Receipt customers and direct them within the store departments
- Provide accurate information such as product features, prices and after-sales services
- Responding to customers regarding products and services
- Show comparisons between prices and additional features to encourage customers to buy
- Supervising the consistency of storage operations and quantities displayed on shelves
- Supervising the procedures for return and exchange of products
- Coordinating with the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service especially during peak times Inform customers of the latest special offers and discounts on an ongoing basis
- Submit periodic reports on customer feedback to the Sales Manager
- Stay informed of new products and services
Job Requirements
- Good understanding of the retail process
- Familiarity with the principles of consumer behavior
- Knowing the proper storage procedures for the products
- Proficiency in performing arithmetic operations
- The ability to achieve the required percentage of sales
- Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with costumers
- The ability to work at different times and under pressure
