Job Description
- To represent the owner side.
- To lead our projects from inception to handover.
- Overall responsibility of time, cost and quality of our projects.
- Design management.
- Time management to oversee projects schedule and continuously monitor actual time to ensure timely handover.
- Contract and Cost management (the commercial part of the project).
- Cost Control and Record of actual vs. planned.
Job Requirements
- Experience in planning.
- Experience in Real Estate developers to be well-aware of the owner side.
- PMP & PRMG certified.
- Experience in managing engineering team from different disciplines.
- Experience in similar position is a must.
- Architecture/ or Civil Background.
- Experience needed: 15- 20 years.
