- What you’ll do:
- Retrieve data about operational expenses; make a budget for daily operational transactions .
- Tracking & analysing the movement of our products "delivered & Received ", To ensure that we have accurate & up to date records of our products's cycle.
- Maintain detailed & updated records of accounts receivable.
- Analysing shipping costs and comparing them to the agreements with courier companies.
- Identify and reconcile payment differences, post short/over payments, deductions on account and partial payments and appropriately code all reconciling transactions.
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process by identifying areas of improvement.
- Follow-up with Couriers via emails and phone calls to ensure timely collection of payments for assigned portfolio.
- Follow up in transit shipments and make sure they are accounted for financially.
Job Requirements
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or other related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience analysing financial information
- Knowledge of budgetary and accounting software and tools
- Highly skilled in multi-tasking and keeping organised.
- Capacity to meet different deadlines and manage various tasks.
- Outstanding analytical and communication skills.
