Job Description
- Developing Sales & Marketing plan that add value to the achievement of the company's goals and objectives.
- Developing marketing opportunities and planning & implementing new sales plans.
- Designing and implementing all Sales & Marketing strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements.
- Managing both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Developing and implementing plans to reach a large base of clients in an efficient and sustainable way.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered in line with plans, budgets, and quality expected.
- Proposing company services that best meet the potential client’s business needs.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts in collaboration with the concerned team as well as integrate contract requirements with business operations.
- Developing effective Sales & Marketing plans using a suitable methodology.
- Creating and delivering presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Developing and executing marketing programs to promote the company's brand.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree where Engineering is preferred.
- MBA is a MUST
- 10-15 years of experience in marketing & sales [Hotel Supplies experience is a MUST].
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Able to create innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Proficient of data analysis and report writing.
- Proficient of Microsoft Office suit.
