Job Description
- Conduct research about industry-related topics & come up with timely content plans.
- Create content for the company’s or customer’s channels with a deep understanding of each industry upon content marketing & the target audience of each channel.
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
- Managing & distributing marketing content over multiple channels such as social media & websites.
- Writing highly engaging promotional or introductory video scripts.
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
- Ability to convert any piece of text to professional business content.
- Ability to write content based on specific keywords.
- Coming up with scripted replies to social media & email users'/customers' queries.
- Assisting in the creative process of coming up with new campaign ideas.
- Composing companies’ profiles, introductions & brand messages such as Vision, Mission & Values.
- Ability to compose products or service selling descriptions.
- Measure the success of each content output through each channel’s KPIs or tools.
Job Requirements
- Training and Education field experience are preferred.
- Proven 2+ years of work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter in a digital agency.
- Experience in e-commerce and Digital Marketing.
- Excellent and professional writing and editing skills in English and Arabic with business language.
- Portfolio of published articles.
- Understanding of branding, marketing (especially online/e-commerce), SEO, and CTA marketing content development.
- Proven work experience as a Content specialist, or similar role with at least 3 years of experience.
- Familiarity with SEO.
- A creative thinker and generate applicable and marketable ideas.
- Strong research skills.
