1. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.

2. Carry out regular maintenance visits (guarantee – contract – PPM) for the devices as scheduled.

3. Examine incoming warehouses’ devices.

4. Fix hardware flaws / faults

5. Define software troubleshooting problems

6. Install new devices & train customers on it

7. Suggest and submit maintenance contracts’ proposals.

8. Seek to renew service contracts

9. Communicate with the engineering departments in hospitals. 

10.Keep records of maintenance, repair, and required updates of equipment.

11. Attend trainings to be up to date

12. Perform other related duties as assigned
