Job Description
- Complete full Payroll procedures monthly
- Administer all personnel requirements and procedures
- Calculate quarterly and monthly performance bonus
- Recruitment process from posting till hiring (Blue and White collar)
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Handle Administrative work
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience (5-10) as an HR Specialist with Blue Collar (preferably in factories)
- Excellent knowledge of Labor law
- Recruitment experience through various channels to get Blue and White collars
- Solid understanding and efficient implementing of payroll process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- BSc/MSc in Law, Human Resources or relevant field
