Job Description
● Develop and design customized itineraries for individual travelers and groups.
● Negotiate rates and secure bookings with hotels, transportation providers, and activity operators.
● Create accurate and competitive quotations for travel packages.
● Manage tour operations seamlessly, ensuring adherence to budgets and profitability.
● Handle inquiries and bookings efficiently, providing professional and responsive communication.
● Resolve any issues that may arise during the tour with creativity and resourcefulness.
● Maintain strong relationships with hotels and other travel partners across Egypt.
● Stay up-to-date on tourism trends, regulations, and new attractions.
● Assist with marketing and promotional activities for the company.
Job Requirements
● Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Incoming tour operator.
● Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
● French language proficiency is a plus.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficient in travel reservation systems, booking software, email, and spreadsheets.
● Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
● Culturally sensitive and respectful of diverse travelers.
● In-depth knowledge of Egyptian destinations, attractions, and regulations.
● Proven ability to create engaging and customized travel itineraries.
● Strong negotiation and budgeting skills.
● Experience working with FIT (individual travelers) and groups.
● Experience with incoming Charter flights is a plus.
● Previous experience in multiple markets is a plus.
● Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
● Strong team player spirit, fostering collaboration and open communication.
