Job Description

As a Talent Sourcer / Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent for open positions within our organization and for our clients. You will play a key role in building a pipeline of highly skilled candidates across various functions, including but not limited to tech, finance, marketing, and operations. Your expertise in research, sourcing, and candidate engagement will be essential in ensuring we attract the best talent to meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Talent Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, Boolean search, LinkedIn, networking, and database mining to identify top talent.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles by consistently engaging and qualifying candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Screening & Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial candidate screening through phone or video interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job openings.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity in order to help the recruitment team stay ahead of the talent curve.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and pipeline metrics to provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Team Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Recruitment Manager, including managing their calendar and scheduling meetings and interviews.

Job Requirements

  • Studies and Experience: Bachelor Degree in any discipline and/or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. Familiarity with the local recruitment landscape and talent trends in Egypt. Prior experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related HR function is a plus.
  • Strong Research Skills: Proven ability to use LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, job boards, social media, and other tools to identify and attract top talent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. Ability to engage with candidates in a professional and personable manner.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other digital tools.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactive & Results-Oriented: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exceed sourcing targets.
