Lead the OCS Renewal Project: transformation from bare metal to a cloud ready solution, swapping from Huawei solution to Openet OCS
Analyze, together with the business demand areas, the needs, requirements and expectations for the definition and implementation of the different functionalities of the OCS Renewal Project
Design, define and implement, together with IT, the integration of Provisioning, Reporting and Billing flows with IT System
Design, define and implement, together with Network teams, the integration of OCS with rest of Network elements for all Prepaid Services
Ensure the architectural alignment of the implemented solution in the different functional domains.

BSc and/or MSc Degree
Expert in OCS, Real Time Charging application
Knowledge of telecoms technologies, in particular Openet OCS Engineering, Core Network, Value Added Services
Expert in Integration of OCS in the E2E IT Architecture for all Provisioning, Charging, Billing and Reporting flows
Intimate with Prepay and Postpay Markets and Commercial Offers
Knowledge of the main business processes (sales channels and customer service, provision, logistics, billing, prepaid ...)
Knowledge of Cloud Based NFVs and orchestration
Knowledge of interfaces such as SOAP, Diameter, Restful API
Familiar with CI/CD pipline, Git, Jenkins, AWS
Project Management.
English language knowledge.
Flexibility and positive attitude towards change.
Ability to plan and organize.
Analytical ability, creativity and problem-solving
Previous experience in Designing, Integrating and Deploying an Online/Convergent Charging System.
