3PL Partners Management

Responsibility:1. growing 3pl partners and scaling the fleet as cities throughout the couriers need2. developing and implementing best practices for 3pl partner acquisition via various acquisition & marketing channels.3. building and maintaining strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the country.4. ensure 3pl partners and their riders 100% compliance5. working closely with product teams to optimize processes and products for 3pl onboarding and payment6. working with the operation team to create incentives and penalties for 3pl to achieve their hiring targetsRequirement1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years of related areas as rider growth and partner Management2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset4. In-depth knowledge of the rider, 3pl market trends and best practices5. Proficiency in Arabic and English
