Job Description
AHD is hiring:
Main Duties:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying potential clients.
- Searching and analysing sales options from direct or indirect channels.
- Identifies product improvements by analysing new trends, market activities and competitors
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information through CRM System/Manually to Sales Manager.
- Negotiate the terms of the agreements and close sales
- Represent Company at exhibitions and business events
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
- Attend daily meeting with sales team and Sales Manager.
- Set strong relationship and partnership with clients.
- Following sales leads and send the following action to sales operation and line manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Proven experience in the real estate brokerage industry
- Strong organizing and planning skills
- Previous Proven Record of selling properties in coastal destinations is preferred
- English proficiency is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer Skills
