Job Description
- To promote company’s product range of pharma Ingredients raw materials (API, Excipients & Nutra Pharma) to target manufacturers in the pharma industry.
- To gain and maintain a detailed knowledge of each existing and new potential customer within the territory, which includes but may not be limited to their products, their internal manufacturing capabilities, new upcoming products, company information, market information, their current suppliers, organizational structure and key personnel.
- To understand customers decision making process and identifies who are the decision makers, key influencers, end-users, and guiders, as well as their individual style and relationship, within customers organization.
- Develop a win/win sales strategy based on customer’s needs, internal capabilities, competitor's weaknesses, and company strengths Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- To develop a good relationship with existing and new customers to increase business, discuss requirements, discuss with reporting manager to give quotations, negotiates sales contracts and volume pricing agreements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree and preference for Chemistry or Pharmacy graduates.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales function in relevant industry (pharmaceutical/food/raw material manufacturing industry)
- Must be fluent in Arabic & English
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Sufficient command over use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to cope under pressure and produce accurate time critical information
- Good Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Driving License is an advantage
