Job Description

Electric Technology / A reputable Electrical Solutions provider company is hiring (area sales manager) in Cairo branch and Alexandria branch with the below qualifications:

The position will be responsible for:

  • Setting the annual sales plan with the board and making sure the execution is going according to the specified sales targets.
  • Managing, supervising, and following up with the sales team to make sure everyone in the team has attained his sales target
  • Selling with his team the company’s products and services focusing on profitability and expanding the company market share.
  • Submit sales reports to the board in a routine manner
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements, ensuring their full understanding of  products, systems, or services offering, and providing solutions that best satisfy their need
  • Prospecting new clients and driving new market opportunities in the designated market.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Ensure market coverage vertically and horizontally within commercial segments
  • Successfully ensure company's specifications included in all relevant tenders
  • Maintain active participation in all relevant projects

The selection phases will consist of three levels as below:

  • HR interview
  • English Test
  • Technical interview

The position will be eligible for:

Job Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • An electrical or telecom Engineering degree is a MUST
  • At least 8-12 years experience in the field of industrial automation especially fields like panel building, plc, or any related engineering Sales functions
  • Candidates with existing contacts or an established customer base will have added advantage
  • Successful problem solving and efficient new opportunities generator
  • Excellent English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • MBA Is preferred
