Job Description
- Lead the effective achievement of Finance department objectives and company Targets through the leadership of the Financial Manager– setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal of subordinates.
- Improve, recommend financial policies, procedures and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of financial activity.
- Prepare along with the CEO Company’s Strategic planning, forecasting, yearly budget, projects budgets and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified.
- Oversee and manage the general accounting function including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivables, general ledgers and taxes
- Prepare and provide financial statements and reports, in addition to interpret financial information to Senior management while recommending appropriate actions.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances and Analyzing industry trends to discover business opportunities and maximize profits.
- Cash flow forecasting and managing
- Supporting the corporate finance team in developing and strengthen the bank relationship and arrangement of facilities.
- Providing complete finance support to Commercial and operation departments
- Ensuring compliance with tax law, compute taxes, represent the company in formal audits.
- Liaise with external and internal auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Implement ERP System in order to maintain up-to-date financial system knowledge.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting field with preferably post-graduate Studies CMA , CPA , MBA .
