Job Description
- Maintain customer accounts, document invoices and supporting documents
- Maintain vendor accounts, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirm debt validity and collect appropriate signatures
- Updating of financial records via accounting software
- Gather payroll expenses and enter the appropriate entry line
- Prepare the quarterly budget under the responsibility of senior management
