Job Description

Your role as an HR Coordinator will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like personnel, social insurance, recruitment, and training. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also participate in the recruitment process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth daily HR transactions, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional staff experience
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
  • Manage employees’ contracts procedures.
  • Responsible for the employees' database records and updates.
  • Handle communication with all governmental authorities (social insurance offices, labor office, medical insurance authority, and ministry of manpower) and ensure compliance to governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
  • supporting in the recruitments process such as Screening, handling interviews scheduled, and hiring process.
  • supporting in the training process such as contact training centers, organizing training scheduled

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good in problem-solving
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
