Job Description
- Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base.
- Business development for the startup business.
- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity.
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions.
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses.
- Effectively communicate client needs to the Pre-sales team for future product enhancements
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer or business development.
- Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions.
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives.
- search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Automation systems, Electrical Systems.
- develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
- persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
- negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- calculate client quotations and administer client accounts
- provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Willingness to travel
- BA/BS in Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base
