Job Description
- Aware of contract details (Financial & non financial)
- Responsible for customers statement of accounts
- account reconciliation
- collection
- follow up with clients on credit notes
- prepare evaluation forms
- prepare contracts
- booking accruals and contracts costs
- archiving customer master data
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Customers accounting
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Arabic is advantageous.
- Leadership and Management: Proven leadership skills with a commitment to continuous process improvement.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Project Management: Effective project management skills, with a readiness to travel as per project or service needs.
- Local Expertise: Experience in managing IT infrastructure for large-scale projects in Egypt, Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is highly desirable.
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with local Egypt regulations and international best practices in IT.
