Job Description
- Check the dispatch plan on ground and decide how many cars we need in cooperation with fleet supplier.
- Check the WH orders capacity and start assigning truck to the orders.
- Oversee the truck loading in cooperation with the fulfillment team.
- Check the quality of the truck and make sure that they meet our checklist of car quality.
- Check up on car and driver licenses.
- Check if there is any truck or driver on our security black list.
- Check on trucks door lock security.
- Track trucks timestamp and arrival times.
- Solve any on ground issue related to fleet and drivers.
- Create daily report stating how many trucks completed runs.
- Track the maintenance.
- Organize the daily movement for all the company’s trucks.
- Ensure accurate logs of all cars based (vehicle list, overall condition of vehicles, issue list, repair history, fuel logs, mileage logs, tire averages, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Max age 35.
- 3 to 4 years of in the same position.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Organizer & good planner.
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
